From the Main Menu, go to CRM\SalesForce\Processing\Quick Contacts\Opportunities
1. Users can create Opportunities for existing customers by clicking the Select Existing Customer button. This calls the Khameleon advanced search window, allowing the user to search for existing customer or contact records using a variety of standard fields.
2. Users can also create new Opportunity companies on the fly by simply typing information in the required fields within the Company Information frame. Opportunity company data is stored separately from the Khameleon main customer master database.
3. Similar to the Khameleon Company Master form, users can click the Create New button within the Contacts frame to add individual contacts for the current Opportunity company. Existing contact records can be updated / modified using the Edit / View Detail button.
