From the Employee Master, click on the bottom left button ‘Links’.
1. To link an employee to a customer, go to the top section and select the customer.
Customer Use the LOV to select the customer
Customer Name The customer name will default in based on the Customer number selected
Entity The entity where the customer is valid. This value will default in based on how the customer is set up
Manual/Auto Select how shared data between the customer and employee should be updated. To manually update any changes in both the customer and employee, select manual. To have changes in one place cascade automatically to the other, select Auto
2. To link an employee to a vendor, go to the middle section and select the vendor.
Vendor Use the LOV to select the vendor
Vendor Name The vendor name will default in based on the Vendor number selected
Entity The entity where the vendor is valid. This value will default in based on how the vendor is set up
Manual/Auto Select how shared data between the vendor and employee should be updated. To manually update any changes in both the vendor and employee, select manual. To have changes in one place cascade automatically to the other, select Auto.
3. To link an employee to a sales rep, go to the bottom section and select the salesperson.
Salesperson Use the LOV to select the salesperson
Name The salesperson’s name will default in based on the salesperson selected
Entity The entity where the salesperson is valid. This value will default in based on how the salesperson is set up
Manual/Auto Select how shared data between the salesperson and employee should be updated. To manually update any changes in both the salesperson and employee, select manual. To have changes in one place cascade automatically to the other, select Auto.
