Serial/Lot and Budget Item User Privileges
Asset Manager Asset Managers may set flags to 'Y'es for Asset Agents, set fixed asset control and code records, and may insert and update fixed asset records, process monthly fixed asset transactions, create journal entries from InSource, and print fixed asset transaction reports.
Asset Agent Asset Agents may insert and update fixed asset records, process monthly fixed asset transactions, create journal entries from InSource, and print fixed asset transaction reports.
Default Loc Default location where user orders and receives items (This is the same field available in other module's user privileges tabs.)
Budget Manager Allows the user to be able to lock/unlock budgets.
Approval Lvl 1-9 determines the approval level to unlock budgets for users equal to or less than the number assigned to them. 9 is the highest level.
