Service Desk User Privileges

Service Desk Manager	Allows user to modify Service Desk control information
Service Desk Agent	Allows user to input and modify incidents
Resolution	Allows user to approve/maintain incident inclusion for the Data mart Administration
Default Loc	Enter default location the user orders and receives items
Closeout Sec Lvl	Enter the specified users security level for closing incidents

Note: This field is related to the SD > Maintenance > Controls > Incident Defaults, where you set a minimum security level required for closing incidents with the specified subject/topic code in the Closeout Sec Level field.
