The More button within the Quote / Order Info frame in the upper right hand corner of the header can be used to access the More canvas which stores additional Header level details.
Within the More canvas, if the current user does not have a default location associated with their user record (which would provide a default value for Sales and Order Locs) the Sales and Order location fields will need to be populated using the list of values provided.
Also within the More canvas are frames for Milestone Billings, Recurring Contracts, and User Defined Fields. Although not a requirement, users may select from the available Milestone Schedules if it is known in advance that the Quote, should it become an Order, would be processed using Scheduled Invoices.
Fields are populated in the Contract Related frame downstream after confirmation if any of the line items on a sales order are recurring line items that are sent to the Khameleon contracts module for processing.
The System Administrator can define up to three User Defined fields at the Order Entry control record for use as needed.
