Multi-Currency Privileges

Khameleon users must have the appropriate Multi-Currency Privileges to enter and multi-currency transactions. Navigate to the User Privileges screens by going to Maintenance> Controls> User Privileges in most of the sub-modules.  From there, you can navigate to each module's privilege screen, query for the User and review/update their privileges. You can also get to this screen through the Setup User process.

MC Supervisor                       Allows User to approve, delete and change Exchange Rates

MC Transaction Privilege      Yes     Allows User to Enter Multi-Currency transactions

Change Exchange Rate        Allows user to change exchange rate in Multi-Currency transaction window.
