Re-opening a Project

Re-opening a Project

This process re-opens a project that was previously closed, so that data may be accumulated or posted.    

From the Main Menu, go to ProjectAccounting\ Project Accounting\ Processing\ Re-Open.

1. Put yourself in Query mode.  Using the available fields, specify which project and/or job you want to re-open.  Execute your query.

2. When that is displayed on the screen, Change the ‘Status’ to ‘Active.

3. Save and Exit.
