Steps to Unlock a Workbench User



1. Login to OIDDAS (http://vs-khamapp.g-b-i.com:7777/oiddas) as the user orcladmin.



2. Click on Directory tab .



3. Enter the user name of the user you wish to unlock in the Search field and click Go.



4. Click Unlock Button to unlock the user.
